Regular 1:1 Meeting
As one of the essential processes to maintain a healthy Team Health, we make sure to check-in once per month with all employees. You can do this through a 1-on-1 process between one of the C-Level members with the employees. For this process, we always use the same agenda. Both individuals will be answering questions to help build trust.
Some general tips to take into consideration while doing this process:
Don’t let people just rattle on their to-do do list rather do a more in-depth personal reflection. Remember to make it a conversation rather than an ask and answer meeting.
Don’t let people off with a non-response or short responses that are not elaborated. Try to build rapport with them for them to feel comfortable to open up with you.
