Our team members do matter to us, that is why a good working environment is important and can contribute to better productivity.

Most of us like to get a compliment or be rewarded after doing something great. Our company took this way of treating others, into practice. Employees want to be treated fairly, make a substantial contribution to the organization through their work, and be valued and appreciated for their efforts. Therefore we have introduced an Employee Rewards Program. We use a system called Bonusly to show our appreciation to our colleagues during work. With Bonusly we are able to give bonus to our team members when we feel like doing so. All team members get an amount of bonus to spend during the month and with the bonuses redeemed we are free to choose our reward or even make a donation to non-profit organizations. Appreciation can be shown even for the smallest things like a colleague's way of guiding the meeting, a team member's positive energy during the day and much more. Of course, we also focus on the more work related things that are done by our team members like to thank them for the time they invested to complete a project or their availability even after working hours.
